Lisa Snyder will get taxpayer help to pay for defense in Berks County hanged children case

Judge Paul Yatron on Monday granted Lisa Snyder’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis. While the ruling makes Snyder eligible for a public defender, it remains unclear whether Snyder’s current attorney will remain on the case.
