Shooter pleads guilty in Allentown fracas that ended with alleged drug dealer’s death

Isaiah C. Lopez, 21, will be sentenced next month and could serve up to 40 years in a state prison. His brother, Jasiah Lopez, 20, is awaiting trial for attempted murder and other charges stemming from the same incident.
