Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley loses three chains, bringing vacancy rate to about 25%

The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, which was closed from March 17 through June 5 due to the coronavirus pandemic, within the past few months has lost three retail chains, bringing its vacancy rate to about 25%.
