Fore Scoops, an ice cream shop and miniature golf facility, on Aug. 14 opened for food and drink service at 4315 W. Mountain View Drive in Lehigh Township. The mostly tree-shaded course, featuring an automobile theme with old cars and trucks, traffic signs, tires and more, is expected to open within the next few weeks.
