Lower Macungie seeks to enforce own noise ordinance, making it harder for businesses to lose liquor licenses

Prompted by complaints that have affected the Shepherd Hills Golf Club and Foundation Tavern, Lower Macungie is trying to take over noise complaint enforcement on businesses from the state.
