Edge owners ‘Surv’-ing up tasty eats in Forks in advance of new restaurant’s debut later this summer

Surv — a dual-concept restaurant offering new American cuisine and wood-fired pizza — is expected to open by late July near the back of the Park Plaza at 1800 Sullivan Trail in Forks Township. To give eager diners a preview, co-owners Spencer and Carissa Cobb and Timothy and Karen Widrick on Tuesday debuted a Surv pop-up kitchen in a different space in the same shopping center.
