Large majority in Legislature OKs bill to have school districts, not Gov. Wolf, decide on school sports and spectators during pandemic

The Pennsylvania Legislature by a large majority on Wednesday gave final approval to a bill that formally gives school districts, and not the Wolf administration, final authority on holding interscholastic sports events and hosting spectators during the pandemic.
