Plans to restart Lehigh County jury trials amid coronavirus pandemic face scrutiny

As courthouses across the state attempt to resume operations following months of near-lockdown due to the coronavirus, questions of safety and fairness are being raised that must be answered before the first trial witness can be sworn in.
