Gov. Wolf orders flags lowered to half-staff to honor Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Gov. Tom Wolf has ordered all United States and Pennsylvania flags on all public buildings throughout the state to be lowered to half-staff in honor of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
