Winning a ‘row office’ is a chance for GOP to pressure Wolf

Gov. Tom Wolf is raising money to help fellow Democrats retake Pennsylvania’s state House or Senate majorities, but row offices may have a bigger impact on his fortunes in his last two years in office.
