9 discarded Pa. ballots, 7 for Trump, were ‘a bad error’ not fraud, state election chief says

An election worker’s decision to throw out nine military ballots in Luzerne County amounted to a mistake and not “intentional fraud,” Pennsylvania’s top elections official said Wednesday.
