Lehigh County judge’s ruling that police can’t search car based on the smell of marijuana overturned by Pa. Superior Court

An appeals court said Lehigh County Judge Maria L. Dantos' decision to suppress evidence in a Germansville medical marijuana patient's arrest was not legally sufficient, and sent the case back to county court for review.
