Retail Watch: New restaurants brings a taste of Burma to Allentown

Pacific Palm, which held a soft opening Aug. 13 at 751 Union Blvd. in Allentown, offers a wide variety of traditional Burmese specialties, including coconut chicken noodle soup, garlic pork wontons, tea leaf rice salad and crispy Burmese tofu.
