Attorney for one of three teens charged in killing of Whitehall High School student will fight to have case sent to juvenile court

Christopher Nieves, a Freedom High School student, is one of three teens charged in the homicide of Aide Toussaint. Nieves' attorney said he will push to have the 16-year-old's case moved to juvenile court.
