Pennsylvania Gov. Wolf says state prepared for election-related civil unrest; says Trump ‘mistaken’ about Wolf counting votes

Gov. Tom Wolf and his top election official on Thursday told reporters the state was prepared for civil unrest related to Tuesday’s election, and officials are holding daily calls to discuss things that might trigger problems.
