Northampton County judge rejects Republican committee challenge affecting 38 votes

Northampton County President Judge Michael J. Koury, Jr. denied a challenge Tuesday from the Northampton County Republican Committee that would have prevented election officials from disclosing 38 ballots that were deemed invalid and can still be corrected by voters.
