Time’s up: Allentown Parking Authority expects to write a lot more tickets next week

The Allentown Parking Authority told board members Wednesday that it will be writing more tickets as it resumes enforcing numerous regulations next week, a few days after the Lehigh Valley enters the green phase of Gov. Tom Wolf’s reopening plan.
