Pennsylvania budget picture looks a ‘lot better’; Sen. Browne attributes it to people, businesses toughing out coronavirus

Sen. Pat Browne on Thursday said Pennsylvania revenue in recent months has surpassed projections made early in the pandemic and will likely help build a state budget that is “a lot better” than seemed possible several months ago.
