Allentown Health Bureau too swamped to trace contacts for the hundreds of coronavirus cases this week

As COVID-19 diagnoses in Allentown surge, with 200 since the weekend, the city Health Bureau is asking residents who have tested positive to help with contact tracing because employees are swamped.
