Developer Abe Atiyeh made his second pitch to South Whitehall planners Thursday night for a rezoning that would allow him to build part of a proposed senior living campus, which spans both South Whitehall and Lower Macungie Townships. Residents of both townships came prepared in opposition, and their concerns prevailed - for now.
