Lafayette Room, which debuted Nov. 13 at 534 Main St. (above Donegal Square) in downtown Bethlehem, offers a rotating selection of continental dishes along with unique wines and cocktails. Neville Gardner, owner of Donegal Square and McCarthy's Red Stag Pub & Whiskey Bar, opened Lafayette Room to offer a new dining concept while increasing the restaurant's footprint.
