Pennsylvania’s coronavirus-driven $4 billion budget gap could be greatly reduced by federal relief package, Sen. Browne says

Even though Pennsylvania state government didn't receive direct aid in the new federal coronavirus relief package, the billions of dollars earmarked for state residents and businesses could help shrink its projected $4 billion budget gap, according to state Sen. Pat Browne.
