Across Lehigh Valley municipalities, doomsday pandemic tax increases haven’t panned out yet, but the real pain could come in 2021

When the coronavirus pandemic set in, many municipal managers in the Lehigh Valley feared the worst for their budgets. Those worst case scenarios didn't pan out and any municipalities have managed to stave off tax increases, but they may not feel the real pain until 2021.
