Pennsylvania coronavirus update: State sees lowest number of cases and deaths in three weeks

Pennsylvania reported its lowest number of additional coronavirus cases and deaths in three weeks Monday, with the state now averaging infections at a rate about half its December peak. Hospitalizations also are continuing on a downward trend.
