From snowmaker to slop: A wintry mix is on the way for Lehigh Valley, but storm mostly fizzles before arrival

A winter storm that appeared to be a snowmaker just a few days ago for the Lehigh Valley has become a much weaker system, meteorologists say. That will cut down heavily on precipitation, now expected to be a wintry mix rather than snow.
