Pennsylvania Senate passes COVID-19 relief package including grants of up to $50,000 for small businesses

The Pennsylvania Senate on Wednesday unanimously approved a multi-faceted COVID-19 relief package that included $145 million for sorely needed grants to up to $50,000 each to small businesses hurt by the pandemic and mitigation measures.
