Tropical Storm Fay drops an inch of rain on Lehigh Valley, no reports of serious flooding

Tropical storm Fay cut a slow, wet path across the Lehigh Valley on Friday, dropping about an inch of rain by mid-afternoon but sparing the region some of the major flooding that Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore were experiencing.
