Black Lives Matter of the Lehigh Valley is holding a protest Monday afternoon to issue demands of Allentown police in response to what they characterize as an excessive use of force against a man in front of St. Luke’s Hospital-Sacred Heart, which has drawn national attention after a video was widely circulated on social media.
