Allentown officers believed man was ‘a danger to himself and others’ in incident outside Sacred Heart Hospital

The man subdued by Allentown police officers outside St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Hospital in an incident that sparked protests was intoxicated and screaming obscenities and posed a danger to himself and others, according to an affidavit.
